Fitness Fellow delivers all over the United Arab Emirates, covering all seven emirates through reliable courier services.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders above AED 100 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Express Shipping: Available in select cities for an additional charge of AED 20.
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-4 business days.
- Express Shipping: Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days in select cities.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take 4-6 business days, depending on the location.
Order Processing & Tracking
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our courier partner's website.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- You can modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with photos as proof.
- If an order is lost during transit, we will either resend the order or provide a full refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across the UAE.
- To ensure smooth delivery, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Returns & Refunds

- Returns due to a change of mind will require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
- Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
